Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialized
opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to
support student development within school settings. This role
involves working with children to enhance their functional
abilities, ensuring they thrive academically and socially. Key
Responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized therapy plans
tailored to students' needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals to integrate therapeutic strategies into
daily classroom activities. Monitor and document progress,
adjusting interventions as necessary. Facilitate group and
one-on-one therapy sessions aimed at improving fine motor skills,
sensory processing, and daily living activities. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to promote holistic student
support. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy
licensure and credentials. Experience providing OT services in
educational environments preferred. Strong communication and
collaboration skills. Flexibility and adaptability to travel
between school locations within the Bronx area. Commitment to
student-centered care and developmental support. Location:Position
is based in the Bronx, New York, with travel among local schools

Compensation for this position ranges from $36.70 to $56.70.
