multi-specialty Ophthalmology group is seeking a skilled

want to hear from you! Your Impact As the Clinical Supervisor, you
will be the bridge between our providers and our technical staff,
ensuring clinical excellence and operational harmony. Lead &
Mentor: Oversee the clinical staff, providing guidance, training,
and performance feedback to ensure a high-standard of ophthalmic
care. Elevate Patient Care: Work closely with our ophthalmologists
to gather comprehensive patient information, ensuring accurate
diagnoses and personalized treatment plans. Master & Teach
Ophthalmic Testing: Conduct (and oversee) thorough preliminary
examinations, including visual acuity, pupillary responses, and
more. Perform Advanced Diagnostics: Administer and ensure the
quality of diagnostic tests such as OCT, perimetry, and ophthalmic
photography. Assist in Surgical Procedures: Support
ophthalmologists during minor surgeries, laser procedures, and
crosslinking. Optimize Clinic Operations: Efficiently manage
patient flow in clinic and imaging rooms, collaborating with
clinical staff to reduce wait times and improve the patient
experience. Maintain Compliance: Ensure all clinical activities,
including the administration of eye drops (Certification Required),
meet safety and regulatory standards. Contribute to Clinic
Efficiency: Perform high-level clinical and administrative tasks,
ensuring a smooth, organized, and professional workflow. What
You’ll Bring / Requirements Leadership Experience: Proven
experience as an Ophthalmic Technician with a natural aptitude for
leadership or previous supervisory experience. A Passion for
Excellence: A commitment to patient care and the ability to inspire
that same passion in others. Sharp Eyesight for Detail: Exceptional
attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Top-Tier
Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to handle patient
concerns and staff coordination. Agility: The ability to thrive and
remain calm in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Administrative Savvy: Knowledge of medical office procedures and
the ability to perform indirect activities that contribute to the
practice's high-quality performance. Education: High School Diploma
or equivalent. Bonus Points COA/COT/COMT Certification: Certified
Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or higher is strongly preferred. Prior
Management: Experience in staff scheduling or clinical training.
Key Skills Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to lead
by example. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a
diverse team of doctors, techs, and admins. Tech Proficiency:
Proficiency in data entry, typing, and EMR systems. Service
