Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor and delivery and respond to patient needs rapidly and effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement care plans. Educate and support patients and their families regarding the birthing process and postpartum care. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient's medical history and vital statistics. Administer medications and perform diagnostic tests adhering to department protocols. Expertise in fetal monitoring and labor support techniques. Ability to operate specialized delivery room equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to handle stress and make critical decisions in high-pressure environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR certification. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). NRP certification preferred.
