Job Title: Pulmonologist / Sleep Medicine Physician Location:
Linden, New Jersey Position Summary Hackensack Meridian Health is
seeking a dedicated and skilled, board-certified/board-eligible
general Pulmonologist with experience in Sleep Medicine to join our
thriving outpatient practice in Linden, NJ. This is a unique

outpatient setting. This full-time position features a four-day
work week (Monday - Thursday) with no inpatient responsibilities,
allowing you to focus on building lasting relationships with your
patients. The ideal candidate will be available to start in 2026.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical care for
patients with a wide range of pulmonary diseases, including COPD,
asthma, and interstitial lung disease. Diagnose, treat, and manage
sleep-related disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, and
narcolepsy. Conduct patient consultations, order and interpret
diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and
sleep studies. Develop and implement effective, evidence-based
treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient records using
our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Collaborate with primary
care physicians and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient
care. Participate in a light, shared outpatient call schedule.

Environment: Join a collaborative group of providers (3) dedicated
to clinical excellence. A full complement of support staff,
including certified medical assistants, medical receptionists, and
a practice manager. Newly renovated office with EKG, x-ray, lab
draws, and a pulmonary function machine. Qualifications Medical
Degree (MD or DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Pulmonology. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine is
required. Must hold or be eligible for an active, unrestricted
medical license in the state of New Jersey. Current DEA
registration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

salary for this position is $361,066. The posted rate of pay in

Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation
ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant
funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that
can be offered. In addition to our compensation for full-time and
part-time (20 hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive
