This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment while supporting various units based on patient care needs.Position Summary:Per diem Float Pool RNs provide bedside care across multiple MST units and are expected to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing practice. Assignments may vary daily, and candidates must be comfortable floating within their scope of competency.Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting
  • Current New York State RN license (required at time of submission)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred
