Stamford Health Medical Group in collaboration wtih Stamford Hospital is seeking an additional BC Geriatric Medicine Physician to join ourGeriatrics Assessment Program. Join an established group of 4 geriatricians and 2 nurse practitioners. The geriatric medicine team works closely with hospitalists and Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, emphysizing inter-disciplinary collaboration and family support.Practice Highlights:

• Provide outpatient geriatric assessment services, M - F, flexible schedule
• Collegial team with excellent support staff
• Teach residents and med students
• On-call is all by phone, rotated 1:5, including weeknight and weekends. Call is very light
• Very attractive compensation package with RVU incentives
