Sapphire Nursing is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a full time or part time position

DESCRIPTION:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed understanding the dosages, effects, and reactions to medications
Ensures all aspect of care is provided
Administer general nursing care to patients in the assigned area under the direct supervision of the RN Supervisor
Performs related duties as required/ Administrative duties as required
Maintain accurate documentation in records.
Check control drugs, review lab reports, review physician ordersQualifications:
Current RN license
Current CPR certification
Copy of updated Physical
Copy of updated 2 Step TB results/ Chest x-ray
