A healthcare facility in Connecticut is actively seeking a self-motivated and compassionate Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their staff.

About the Opportunity

Specialty: Cardiology
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week; 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.ResponsibilitiesThe Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) will be responsible for:
- Assessment, evaluation, clinical management, and treatment of patients within the Heart & Vascular Service Line
- Working in collaboration with the attending physicians and the staff to facilitate patient care from admission through discharge
- Completing other tasks as assignedQualifications
  - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  - Master's degree
  - APRN license in the state of Connecticut
  - Patient-oriented
  - Excellent communication skills
  - Highly organizedDesired skills
    - Previous experience with Cardiology patient population
