Job Description: Stamford Health is looking for a experienced
Nurse Practitioner for our Heart & Vascular Services.
Responsibilities include assessments, evaluation, clinical
management & treatment of patients within the Heart & Vascular
Service Line; primarily for the diagnostic, emergency and elective
Cath lab & Electrophysiology patients. This Nurse Practitioner will
work in collaboration with the attending physicians and the staff
to facilitate patient care from admission through discharge.
Schedule: Full time - 4, 10-hour shifts per work week of Monday
through Friday; shifts rotate between 7a-5p & 8a-6p Required
