Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a Premier Senior Living Organization in Westchester County, NY. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a full continuum of care being the driving focus in their work. This organization is in a growth phase and is looking to hire an RN Supervisor for their Skilled Nursing Facility:

Position: RN Supervisor Evening
Shift: 3:30p-11:30p
Location: Rye, NY

Responsibilities:
The RN Supervisor is to supervise the nursing activities of the facility on the evening shift for our 84 bed Skilled Nursing facility. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal and state standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Service to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As a Supervisor in the organization, it is required that the Evening Supervisor works in close partnership with the Director of Nursing, Administrator and other disciplines across the campus for the long-term, strategic growth of the organization and its mission

Qualifications:
-NYS RN License Required
-2+ years of RN Management Experience is Preferred
-Knowledge of Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute Care is Preferred
-Ability to interact effectively with nursing staff at all levels
-COVID19 vaccination (required), Medical & Religious exemptions apply & reviewed
