Seeking an IM/FP or Geri Physician to work in Post Acute care
unit in Suffolk county NY # 3267 Just 50 miles to NYC*mid island in
Suffolk county NY close to Smithtown * Full time M-F 8AM-5PM with
phone call only * Post Acute care facility * will consider a new
grad or experienced * work with a team of healthcare professionals*
Facility offers LTC, Short Term Rehab and more. * Top compensation
will be a combination of salary and incentive bonus plus benefits *
