Summary:This role will lead the strategy and tactical execution for Eucerin to Healthcare Professionals. This includes development of communication plan, sales materials, peer-to-peer education and budget management. This role reports to the Senior Manager Medical Marketing in the US. Responsibilities:Lead the development of Eucerin Annual Brand Plan strategy and tactics to be used by Medical Sales Representatives and in non-personal Health Care Professional (HCP) promotionLead agency-of-record in development of communication plan and sales materials (visual aids, leave behinds, print and digital assets) ensuring strategic connection to brand planAssist in development of speaker program content and collateral and communication with KOL speaker's bureauWork closely with Market Insights team to identify key learnings that will inform future HCP & patient strategy and tacticsAlign with Consumer Brand Team to identify where to leverage scale or messaging to drive synergy with medicalPartner with Medical, Regulatory and Legal team to ensure compliance in all messaging.Responsible for the management and optimization of Eucerin professional budget Attend key medical congresses to maintain a pulse on competitor messaging and activityDevelop relationships with Dermatology Key Opinion Leaders to pressure-test recommendations for future messaging to HCPsProvide Trade Marketing support by leveraging relevant professional initiatives in retail and institutional channelsRequirements:BS/BA in Marketing or a Science-Based Degree (MBA strongly preferred)Minimum of 3+ years pharma brand management (OTC/Rx) experience is a must and 2+ years of medical sales experience is preferredStrong knowledge of marketing principles, as well as strong strategic and analytical skillsExperience in financial analysis and strong skillset in P, and Budget managementExcellent written and oral communication skillsResults-oriented, team player, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skillsMust be able to manage complexity, work collaboratively, and in a fast-paced environmentProficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, CRM and Google Analytics a plusTravel is approximately 30%Having trouble applying?
