**$20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**A prestigious -healthcare -organization in -beautiful -Connecticut is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join their dynamic team! -This 300+ bed, acute-care facility is nationally recognized as a -Planetree -designated patient-centered hospital, and has earned their -Distinction Award for Leadership and Innovation in Patient-Centered Care, placing it among only eight of the 365 -Planetree -facilities in the world to be recognized with the honor. The Intensive Care Unit Nurse will join an elite team in this non-profit organization that received 6 Women's Choice Awards for excellence!The ICU Nurse will report to the Manager of Critical Care and be responsible -for care of the critically ill adult population. The -Critical Care Nurse -will coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and following all established standards of practicewithin State and Federal guidelines. Provide supervision of non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staffon assigned unit. Supervise unit activities when assigned to charge or clinical coordinator role.
