This includes the recent establishment of a dedicated Gatorade & Propel warehouse sales team, a division of NAB, that is charged to drive growth within the sports portfolio at PepsiCo.The Customer Manager of Sales acts as the key point of contact to the customer on behalf of the business.This role is responsible for leading and developing the annual sales plans for Gatorade & Propel with Supervalu East & Supervalu FL Region + Key Indirect customer callsLeads and develops Annual Operating Plans to deliver Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Share, Executional Key Performance Indicator s (KPI), and Sales Targets.Develops winning partnerships with customer and with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within both organizations.Ability to lead cross functionally with Sales Planning, Category Management, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives.Leads all aspects of customer s joint business plan (JBP) process, including strategic and tactical plans, while ensuring Sr. Leadership engagement.Provides customer / channel expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans within business unitManages all aspects of planning, merchandising, forecasting and check book management as well as timely communication to all appropriate stakeholders on these critical tasks.Ensures implementation and adherence to initiatives.Drives incremental sales through creative application of PepsiCo resources.Education And CertificationsQualifications/RequirementsBachelor s Degree Master's Degree preferredWork ExperienceMinimum of 4 years of sales experience; preferably with a consumer packaged goods organizationPrevious people management experience preferredSkills & Capabilities:Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills.Seasoned in conflict management.Strong computer skills.Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions.Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekendsProven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi-level teams.Capability to excel in Sales.Strong Time Management skills needed.Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast paced organization.
