• Support end-to-end management of banking regulatory exams, including scheduling, document organization, responding to regulatory requests, and drafting summaries.
• Manage the standing MIS regulatory request process and ensure timely submission of all requested reports to regulators.
• Assist RAO Team Leaders during regulatory exams and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
• Engage with Business Units and stakeholders to monitor issues, remediation activities, milestones, and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulators and examination staff.
• Communicate effectively with Tokyo HO stakeholders, including MUFG Bank Global Planning Division and MUFG Government and Regulatory Affairs Office.Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as program management, audit, compliance, or staff management.
• Knowledge of regulatory relations and a heightened regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience working with OCC and FRB examiners is preferred.EducationBachelor's degree in a related field.Additional InformationThe salary range for this role is $104K - $138K, depending on experience and location.
