Job Title: Product Manager, MenQuadfi- VaccinesLocation: Morristown, NJAbout the JobThe Product Manager, MenQuadfi US will be responsible for supporting the development of franchise strategy and driving impactful execution. This role will report directly into the Head, Mainline Franchise, US. -The Product Manager, MenQuadfi will drive and coordinate a cross-functional approach in support of franchise strategic initiatives and ensure a dynamic and multi-faceted approach to tactical execution.We are an innovative global healthcare company that helps the world stay ahead of infectious diseases by delivering more than 500 million vaccine doses a year. • Support the development of franchise strategy and lead development of a cross-functional tactical plan, inclusive of monitoring and adaptation
• Improving brand growth and business performance by leveraging real-time data and results, and deeply understanding the behavior change of customers
• Defining and implementing a segmentation strategy that identifies the brand opportunities and informs deployment and execution
  • Capitalizing on market/brand/customer opportunities based on changing customer demands, competitive activities, and market trends
    • Identifying insight gaps and recommending market research to meet strategic goals and monitor performance
    • Maintaining a thorough understanding of business performance and identification of shifting trends and/or areas for enhanced business focus or data/analytics
    • Developing execution plans including personal promotion, omnichannel and business to business in solutions, in partnership with key stakeholders
    • Refining strategies to adjust to changing competitive landscape and changing HCP and consumer vaccination behaviors and beliefs
    • Driving a comprehensive portfolio approach to strategic and tactical initiatives -This is not an exhaustive nor comprehensive list of key responsibilities as the candidate may perform other duties as assigned. This role may also evolve over time. -About YouEducation Requirement(s): -
      • Required: Bachelor's degree
      • Preferred: Master's Degree -Required Experience and Skills: -
        • Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or vaccine experience
        • Minimum of two (2) years of pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing experience
        • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills
        • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
        • High comfort level with data, analytics and forecasting
        • Experience with developing personal and non-personal promotion tactical plans
        • Proven ability to partner across a matrixed organization
        • Experience achieving efficiencies through effective organization and time management
        • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
        • Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insights
        • Experience in working with RC (MLR) and pharmaceutical or vaccine environment
        • Experience achieving efficiencies through effective organization and time managementPreferred Experience and Skills: -
          • Experience in US meningococcal vaccine market
          • Experience in working collaboratively with medical, communications, public affairs, policy and market access -Travel Expectations
