right.The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead
the design and development of our core compliance workflow engine
and adjacent product initiatives. This person will play a central
role in translating complex governance needs into intuitive,
scalable solutions that empower our users to manage policies,
evidence, and regulatory obligations seamlessly.You'll work closely
with engineering, design, customer success, and executive
leadership to shape the product roadmap, conduct hands-on client
discovery, and drive tight, high-quality execution.The ideal
candidate brings a deep understanding of B2B workflow software, a
structured and highly organized approach to product development,
and an analytical mindset for asking the right questions and
synthesizing feedback into action. Familiarity with compliance,
risk, or audit processes is a major plus.This is a hybrid role
based in NYC-we believe in real-time collaboration, especially
during key product sprints and customer feedback loops.What You'll
Do
- Lead the design and optimization of compliance workflows,
ensuring seamless integration of policy management, evidence
collection, and reporting functionalities. Maintain a highly
organized approach to manage complex processes and documentation
effectively.
- Collaborate deeply with design, engineering, and go-to-market
teams to define, spec, and ship new features
- Engage directly with compliance teams at banks and fintechs to
understand their challenges, ask probing analytical questions, and
translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Ruthlessly prioritize: cut scope, manage tradeoffs, and ensure
high-quality launches on tight timelines
- Track success using qualitative feedback and product analytics
to iterate fast
- Be a cultural force: lead with energy, curiosity, and a "roll
up your sleeves" attitudeAbout You
- 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years
in an early-stage startup or high-growth B2B SaaS company
- You've owned the product lifecycle end-to-end-from problem
discovery to launch and iteration
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage complex
workflows and documentation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in client-facing
roles, particularly within compliance or regulatory
environments.
- You're a first-principles thinker who can move fast without
sacrificing quality
- Strong technical literacy-you can partner closely with
engineers and ask the right questions
- Obsession with user problems-you listen, analyze, and
synthesize fast
- High agency and entrepreneurial spirit-you get excited by
ambiguity and make things happen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you bring
clarity to chaos
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days per
week in-person in NYCBonus Points
- Experience with compliance workflows, including familiarity
with regulatory requirements and risk management processes, is
highly desirable.
- Strong design instincts or past collaboration with world-class
design teams
- Familiarity with modern product and data tools (e.g., Figma,

City-based hires only: All salaries are subject to standard
withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the
role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn equity based
on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies.
Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate
with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for
candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based
on the cost of labor and additional factors for such other
locations.
