Job Description:

At Ability Beyond, you can be accepted, celebrated, & impactful!We are currently seeking a Residence Manager to join our Westchester based team!
Compensation: $70,000 / year
Responsibilities:

• Overall provision of services and supports for individuals with disabilities within a mixed medical/behavioral IRA program.
• Develop, implement, review and revise service plans to ensure individuals receive identified and desired outcomes.
• Provide direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Manager(s) and Life Skills Instructors.
• Assist in hiring and training for staff at the group home setting.Qualifications:
  • BA/S degree preferred. AA degree or two years of college coursework from an accredited college in a related field and/or related coursework, plus a minimum of three years of experience in human services with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of NY OPWDD regulations preferred.
