We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development
Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining
client relationships, and driving sales growth within the natural
food ingredients sector. This role requires a strong understanding
of the natural food industry, exceptional communication skills, and

customer applications.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Market Exploration and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer
needs, and competitive dynamics in the natural food ingredients
sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence
and drive revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including food
manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing
clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat
business.
- Sales Execution:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve
revenue targets and business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to
maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Product Expertise:
- Stay informed about the latest developments, innovations, and
regulatory changes in natural food ingredients.
- Provide clients with expert advice on product applications,
benefits, and differentiation.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product
development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on business
goals and client needs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional
materials and campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance,
market trends, and client feedback.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make
informed business decisions.
- Networking and Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and
trade shows, both virtually and in person.
- Build a strong professional network to enhance business
development opportunities.ProfileQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a
related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a
plus.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the
natural food ingredients industry or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and
competitive landscape in the natural food sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in
a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and
other business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management
software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
make strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong
