Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Growth Executive to run our paid social channel efforts, current customer marketing communication, and revenue driving partnerships, with the goal of driving ReadyRefresh customer base growth. In this highly data-driven, analytical role, you will own the strategy, creative development, execution, and optimization to drive profitable growth through managing digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social platforms (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc). - You will run programs that have a direct impact on the growth of BlueTriton Brands ReadyRefresh DTC business through your management of these existing channels, while exploring other marketing channels that will drive new customer acquisition. ---- - - - To drive growth programs that meet and exceed goals with tight collaboration across sales, customer service, operations, and field teams.
--- - - -Continuously refine and manage demand generation economic models for forecasting, performance management, and goal attainment.
--- - - -Lead a team of up to 13 demand generation professionals across digital and in-person programs.
--- - - -Guide the operational success of the team through analytics, planning and process design.
--- - - -Communicate up and across the organization around pipeline contribution success and challenges.
--- - - -Build and develop team members, making ReadyRefresh a positive environment for career development.You Have:
--- - - -Experience delivering repeatable pipeline results in new customer acquisition and current customer retention.
--- - - -Strong capability and passion for designing integrated campaigns capable of capturing demand across a variety or marketing and communication touch points.
--- - - -Expertise using data to identify under and over performance of digital and in-person programs, knowing when to adjust or double down.
--- - - -Deep knowledge on using and operating digital marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Meta Ads, Google Marketing Suite, etc.
--- - - -Collaborated with sales leaders, executives, and marketing team members to deliver pipeline results.
--- - - -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely explain new and existing program performance.
--- - - -Skilled in ABM and product led programs that drive pipeline growth against key unit economic goals.
--- - - -Expertise hiring, developing, and leading global marketing teams.QualificationsKey Functional capabilities include but are not limited to: -
--- - - -Core Media - Oversee core media team that leads paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, CTV, direct mail, and additional test channels to meet or exceed customer acquisition goals
--- - - -Ecommerce - Oversee Amazon 3p, Fresh, and DTC sales programs and drive test and learn agenda for additional DTC ecommerce platform growth outside of Amazon.
--- - - -Retail Roadshows - Senior relationship with retail partners, pitching financial incentives for retailers and modeling profitability for organization. -Craft partner communications and hold third party broker partners accountable to sales figures. -
--- - - -B2B and Partnerships - -Lead growth of small and medium commercial customer base through media targeting, new audience identification, and targeted promotional activation
--- - - -Lifecycle Marketing - Current customer development through email, sampling, mailers, web and app notifications with the goal of driving upsell, new product trial, and converting customers to recurring orders.
--- - - -Product portfolio - Lead team that liaises with BlueTriton teams to ensure brands are properly represented and promoted to ReadyRefresh customer base. -

- - -- Working knowledge of SEO to ensure best practices are implemented to drive organic search.
- - -- Work directly with operations and field teams to support customer base growth at the local branch level.
- - -- Responsible for $80MM marketing budget, managed to come in on plan by month and quarter. -
- - -- Connection with the web team to website optimization strategy, driving conversion rate up to increase new customer acquisition.
