Description:Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated
Finance Director in our Springfield, Massachusetts location with
relocation provided!This job will have the following
responsibilities:Manage and mentor 2 direct reportsPrepare detailed
financial reports for a monthly and annual basisManage and oversee
all internal control operations and auditsEstablish targets for all
accounting and finance personnelBe proactive when it comes to the
company's financial position and act to prevent
problems.Requirements/Skills:CPADegree in Accounting or Finance or
relatedExperience as a Controller, Finance Manager or Finance
Director in a manufacturing or distribution settingExperience
managing direct reportsExcelStrategic financial experienceExcellent
