and/or bring news skills to the team. OVERVIEW:The Account Manager
is responsible for supporting the National Account Manager in
developing and executing the Target enterprise plans. This role
will be responsible for driving profitable growth of skincare sales
at Target. This includes financial performance, business analysis,
annual 4P planning, and cross functional work to ensure
execution.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist National Account Manager (NAM) in creating
customer-facing presentations, including line reviews and
monthly/weekly meetings
- Manage the tracking and monthly updates of the JBP's across our
primary departments
- Utilize IRI, TCN and other tools to provide insights into
category/competitor trends and to provide data backed
recommendations to grow the business
- Support the NAM in the monthly forecasting cycle with insights
into baseline trends and promotional plans forecasting
- Manage the promotional calendars including conducting regular
post evaluations of events
- Partner with Omni Sales Leaders to develop an omni-strategy for
Target.com with the objective of growing digital penetration and
exceeding category performance
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders in Marketing,
Supply Chain, Shopper Marketing and Finance
- Provide support with customer deduction and post audit
validationsREQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA or University Degree in Business or similar field
- 1-3 years experience required, CPG sales/account
management/analytics experience preferred
- Experience working Target and Target.com a plus
- Ambition to learn with a natural curiosity and agile
mindset
- Experience with IRI or syndicated data preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and
sell-in ideas
- Willingness to travel required 10% Beiersdorf North America
