Apply Now Email Job Full Time Stamford, Connecticut Posted 09/12/2023 Business unit: Community Solutions Areas of interest: Customer Operations Requisition Number: 2023-21271 CDA515 Responsible for supporting Call Center Leadership with data access & transformation for analytics, regular and ad hoc reporting and statistical analysis. Responsible for ensuring that data is communicated with accuracy across the organization and at various levels.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Works directly internal business customers to understand reporting requirements and execute production of regular/ad hoc reports with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Manipulates and analyzes large data sources from multiple platforms.
  • Assists with the establishment of dashboards, reports, and adhoc analysis.
  • Produces regular and adhoc reports to support various sales and marketing channels.
  • Evaluates reporting results through data investigation and analysis.
  • Identifies trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement based on data and results of reporting.
  • Monitors ongoing data feeds and perform root cause analysis and investigations on data quality issues.
  • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining complex data and reporting solutions (creating tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, error handling, etc.).
  • Performs other duties as requested.
    Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    • Ability to learn complex data structure, prevailing data and business rules to produce precise sets for analytics
    • Proven track record to develop optimized SQL queries to manipulate very large data sets for analytics
    • In-depth knowledge of Excel Macros
    • Ability to identify and to resolve possible data inaccuracies
    • Ability to double check and confirm results of queries and identify data issues before delivering to business
    • Aptitude for numbers Organized and methodical Required Education
      • BA /BS in computer science, management information systems, statistics, mathematics or equivalent technical or semi-technical undergraduate degree OR equivalent experience Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
        • Experience with complex reporting and data analysis - 5
        • Experience with SQL and Excel Macros - 3-5 Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
          • Experience in creating complex Excel Macros (VBA knowledge preferred)
          • Experienced with SAS skills Experience with Microstrategy
          • Knowledge of current analytics trends Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
