Our client is currently seeking a Franchise Development DirectorOne of the best company s in the world is currently seeking a Franchise Development Director to be located in their corporate location. The position does not require relocation to the area. Travel is required. You will be responsible for the development of a national Franchise network. You will also work directly with the Franchisees to manage the customer and expansion and help them reach their goals. The FDD will work with the company s legal department with new Franchise Agreements. You will develop Franchise P&L and develop forecasting for the new franchise.You will also have the opportunity to work closely with resources within the Company to ensure that all acquisitions are set to the standard.Bachelor s Degree with a Masters Degree (Preferred)
10+ years of experience in Franchise, IT Sales or Marketing. The ability and desire to lead and influence. The company wants to see a proven ability in sales and customer P&L management. Excellent knowledge of Franchise operations and process and project management. The company would definitely like to see experience with Business & Financial management.
