JOB TITLE: Sr Manager, Contract ManagementJOB CODE: CSU602--Do

Business Planning team manages the planning and forecasting for
Customer Operations. It works with the business to improve the way
the business runs and in turn, ensures a positive customer
experience. By providing business leaders with the financial and
operational insights they need, this team plays a vital role in
delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is
known for.BE PART OF THE CONNECTION--As a Senior Manager of
Contract Management, you'll report to the Vice President of
Contract Management and will work with cross-functional teams to
define and document terms, metrics, and details associated with
vendor contracts. Your contribution will ensure successful
implementation of multiple programs that directly impact the
company.--WHAT OUR SR MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Supporting the vendor selection process in partnership with
business owners- developing request for quotes (RFQs) or request
for proposals (RFPs)
- Negotiating master service agreement (MSA) terms
- Maintaining and managing the Contract Management System
(Agiloft)
- Developing pricing models based on the operational needs of
business owners
- Negotiating statement of work (SOWs); gaining acceptance from
the vendor, Operations, Procurement, and Legal, following through
to full execution
- Keeping SOW and MSA terminology up to date
- Supporting Operations to resolve contract disputes, adhering to
contract terms
- Leading contract renewal and approval process
- Notifying vendors of termination of SOWs or entire
agreements
- Providing modeling analysis to drive volume placement decisions
based on varying terms and pricingIn this role you will work in a
collaborative office environment. On a given day you will manage
change management and renewal process for contracts, manage the RFP
process, and assist Operations in vendor evaluation and selection.
You will excel in this position if you are highly organized, can
manage multiple projects simultaneously, and can make decisions

TO SPECTRUM--Required Qualifications
- Experience: Contract management: 7 or more years; Management: 3
or more years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or
equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software
applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Abilities: Read, write, speak, and understand English;
analytical and financial ability; analyze and interpret common
technical journals, financial reports, regulatory orders, and legal
documents; effectively present information to internal and external
stakeholders; communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
supervise and motivate others
- Knowledge: Business contracts construction, reviewing &
drafting; commercial products & services; financial clauses for
credits and collections; telephony regulations; IP network
architecture; general accounting & billing procedures
- Travel: Some travel required--Preferred Qualifications
- Skills/Abilities/Knowledge: Broadband/telecom management
experience; Project Management and/or Business Development
