Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a brand most well known for their high end electronics and appliances, in search for a Event & Marketing Manager.The Event & Marketing Manager will play an intricate role in their Experience & Design Space. Their design center in a state of the art, one of a kind, experience and design/maker space. A place where people will come and see how the brand MAKE things in the factory, CONNECT with the brand on creating new ideas and building things in their maker space, First Build, and be INSPIRED by beautifully designed kitchens!In this role, you will be responsible for the management of event logistics, details and communication that go into making these events a success.The environment is not a typical corporate event space. You will be part of a team with a strong collaborative work ethic that is passionate about putting their events management skills to work.This is not a Monday Friday job. Events and programs will take place when the consumers are available which means after hours as well as some weekends.Your day-to-day:

• Schedule and assist planning weekly events.
• Handle all event inquiries while assisting the Director, Marketing with operation of all events.
• Maintain events calendar and ensure no scheduling conflicts (internal and external events).
• Market and promote upcoming events to the local community through social, CRM, digital and local advertising (owned and paid media).
• Develop and maintain relationships with event-related vendors & contractors including, but not limited to creative, external caterers, chefs, talent, and support staff.
• Develop recap reporting post event and communicate with leadership.
• Manage content capture of all events and socializing on social platforms and website.
• Provide on-going tours of facility (House of Brands showroom, First Build and Factory).
• Continually explore partnership collaborations for event opportunities.
• General administrative duties.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ Years of Event Planning Management Experience
  • Digital / Social savvy. Understanding of Social Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
