Massar Capital Management, LP (Stamford, CT) seeks Director of Business Strategy to lead cross-functnl stratgic intiatvs w/ objctve of implemntng best practces in line w/ Massar's long-term goal of bldng instn'l grade asset mngr. Improve currnt prcesses w/in Invstr Rltns, Operat'ns, Finance, Cmplnce & HR biz units. Lead implmntn of intiativs that increase scope of what hdge fund currntly offrs. Lead dvpmt of Massar's 2d fund stratgy incl by negotng agmts w/ countrprties, leadng intrnl & legal setup w/in estblshd timelines, & advsng mgmt on terms offrd. Enhnce intrnl & extrnl prcesses w/in Invstr Rltns. Lead efforts w/ rgrd to envrnmtl, social & govrnce practces. Reqs MBA +18mnths exp in pos offrd or Assoc w/ asset/invstmt mngr or hdge fund. All reqd exp mustve incld sellng asset mgmt srvces & prdcts incl ETF, mutual funds & close-end funds; srving as proj mngr for prtfolio decompstn, factor allocatns & consultng/invstr rltns projs; levragng tchnlgy solns incl CRMs, fund DBs & prtfolio rsk pltfms (encompssng prtfolio positns & exposures, rsk & scnario anlys, valuatn & prfmnce & attributn); & usng knwldge of equities & fixd income to suppt acct onboardng & rprtng.
