Head of Knowledge Management
The Head of Knowledge Management will report to the CEO and serve
as the knowledge manager for the executive team. The ideal
candidate is someone who has prior experience with knowledge
management or library science and has worked with high profile
individuals. -
You will play a crucial role in developing and managing our
organization's AI knowledge base, ensuring the efficient and
effective utilization of AI-related information, tools, and
resources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including engineers, and business stakeholders, to capture,
organize, and disseminate AI knowledge within the organization.
The Knowledge Manager will also support executive logistics and
company special project duties. You'll ensure that our CEO is on
task, our office is on schedule, and that knowledge is being
retained and optimized. -

What We're Looking For
- Develop and maintain an AI knowledge management strategy:
Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing AI
knowledge, including capturing, organizing, and disseminating
information to facilitate effective decision-making and
problem-solving.
- Knowledge capture and organization: Collaborate with AI
researchers, data scientists, and engineers to identify, capture,
and document relevant AI knowledge, including algorithms, models,
datasets, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Knowledge repository management: Establish and maintain a
centralized repository of AI knowledge, ensuring that it is
up-to-date, well-organized, easily accessible, and searchable by
relevant stakeholders. Implement appropriate knowledge management
systems and tools.
- Content creation and curation: Create and curate AI-related
content, including articles, case studies, tutorials, and
documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best
practices in AI development and implementation.
- Knowledge dissemination: Develop and implement strategies to
effectively disseminate AI knowledge within the organization, such
as training programs, workshops, newsletters, and online platforms.
Ensure that relevant stakeholders have access to the latest AI
insights and advancements.
- Collaboration and communication: Collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams to understand their AI knowledge needs and
provide appropriate support and guidance. Foster a culture of
knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments and
teams.
- Stay updated on AI advancements: Continuously monitor and
research the latest developments, trends, and advancements in the
field of AI. Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and
methodologies relevant to AI knowledge management.
- Quality assurance: Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality
of AI knowledge resources by implementing appropriate review
processes and feedback mechanisms. Regularly assess the
effectiveness of knowledge management strategies and make
improvements as necessary.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in knowledge management, preferably in the
field of technology
- A continuous learning mindset and deep passion for staying
updated on the latest advancements in AI and knowledge
management
- You are in love with ChatGPT and Prompt Engineering
- You are proactive and demonstrate immense initiative -- you're
always thinking about what can be done next!
- Exceptional writing skills, strong organizational skills with
obsessive attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical
stakeholders
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and capacity to manage
multiple priorities in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven
environment
- You maintain a positive attitude while demonstrating
flexibility and adaptability; you can operate in ambiguity

- Experience with knowledge management systems and tools, such as
content management systems, wikis, or document
repositories
