ACCOUNT DIRECTORHH Global seeks Account Directors (AD) who havebroad marketingexperience and capabilitiesto deliver value to our clients bymanaging existing program scopes,whileidentifyingnew workstreams / solutions that leverage HHGlobal'sfull suite ofservices andcapabilities. Also, ADsmust have excellent client relationshipand communicationskills as theyare responsible fordeveloping and fostering trustwithkeystakeholdersacross all elements of our program.TheAD overseesan onsiteclient serviceteam andis accountable forall activities related to exceptional service delivery- a base of experience in creative/digital,item development,procurement,operations,and warehousing/logisticssupports success with our clients.This roleisultimatelyresponsiblefor successfulexecution ofclientprojectsand has direct accountability for accountfinancial& operationalperformance,growthand all program service level agreements.Ideal candidates areself-starters,diligent,possess accountability, high-energyand passionate about strategic and creative solutions that exceed client expectations.Each manages a business within our business -leveraging HHGlobal'stechnology andexpertisetocreatenew solutionsthat deliverresults,todiagnose/ solveany service deliveryissues that may ariseandto ensurestrategic initiatives,such assustainability,are met.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and expand strong,strategicand collegial client relationships.
  • Maintain / Increase program revenue and profitability.
  • Uphold superior service and transparency standards.
  • Act as a vital link between the client, creative and production teams, suppliers, and shared services team(s) to ensure all terms of the contract and SLAs are met.
  • Attend client marketing meetings, coordinate with applicable client agencies, andprovidestrategic guidance to theclient serviceteam tooptimizebidding and production processes.
  • Serve as the P&L owner forclient relationships, includingfinancial/operational performance, budget, and forecast management.
  • Review andmaintainjob profitabilityinlinewith contract obligations.
  • Quantitative and qualitative account performance.
  • Ensure account profitability and competitive pricing in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing team through overarching strategy for sourcing andoptimalsupplierselection.
  • Partner with business analysts to produce and present quarterly business reviews with an emphasis on data and incremental growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for account team issues, both internallywith support resourcesand with clients.
  • Understand team roles and responsibilitiesin order toconnect team members with the appropriate subject matter experts and support resources.
  • Reinforce compliance with company policies and procedures with respective teams.
  • Manage contract renewals in partnership withsectorleadership.
  • Manage SG&Ain accordance withBudget.
  • Support innovation of the client's temporary displays and retail signage programs. REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum 5-8years of hands-on account management, creative and/or productionexperience across multiple,high-volumeorhighlycomplexclient(s), within aclient-servicemodel.
    • 5 - 8years of direct client interfacing experience.
    • Strong understanding of the shopper marketing space, shopper journeys, and retail environments.
    • Experience producing and innovating retail displays and signage.
    • Propensity and experienceinterfacing withsenior level, decision maker relationships.
    • Willingness to accept accountability and a solution-oriented approach.
    • Ability to learn quickly and proactively adapt to new client requirements.
    • Experience with full P&L oversight and accountability- strong business/financialacumen.
    • Experience with complex contract review and negotiations.
    • Proven project and people management skills with oversight of large teams.
    • Exhibited a proactive and analytical solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication/ presentationskills.
    • Highproficiencywith Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proventrack recordof continuously meeting or achieving established goals.
