bring news skills to the team. Overview:The Drug WHS Account
Manager is responsible for supporting the profitable growth of the
Drug WHS channel by leveraging an analytical skillset. Work across
brands in collaboration with the Drug WHS account team to build
customer strategies in this crucial business channel. A challenger
mindset is a must to work in the fast paced, agile environment of
Beiersdorf's sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES:* Support Drug Wholesale
Channel business and financial performance by driving volume
growth, share, revenue, and ROI improvements.* Build analytics to
support distribution, shelving, pricing, and promotion strategy to
optimize sales performance and trade spend efficiency.* Support the
development of Drug WHS Channel specific, customized monthly POS
reports, distribution, category management reports, trend analyses,
which lead to recommendations for channel growth. * Support Drug
WHS Channel brand strategy development and implementation by
identifying and capturing new and/or emerging opportunities for
account penetration. * Monitor Drug WHS Channel performance issues
and highlight issues as they occur.* Assist with management of
Joint Business Plans which includes updates to key account
personnel and BDF management.* Utilize fact based selling to create
quality presentations for account meetings, monthly business
updates and Business Line Reviews which lead to expanded
opportunities across Product, Placement, Distribution, Pricing &
Promotions.
- Manage trade fund budget and clear deductions for promo
programs.* Support Drug WHS trade shows yearly for McKesson,
Amerisource, and Cardinal REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years required, CPG experience preferred is appreciated.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word &
PowerPoint (Nielsen and/or IRI, SAP experience extremely helpful).
Intuitive as other websites are utilized for data.
- Excellent analytical & business report writing skills.
- Financial acumen and forecast management.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Challenger mindset.
- BS Degree in Business or related field. MBA preferred.
- Travel might require to customers, customer events, store
visits, industry events, etc.
