Job Description:
BLT is seeking an experienced and dynamic--Resident Services
Manager--to join our luxury Harbor Point community located in
Stamford, CT. Primarily responsible for managing customer support,
the Resident Services Manager--builds a successful team of
associates and staff members dedicated to achieving the community's
resident retention and customer service goals.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities of the Resident Services Manager:Achieves the
community's resident satisfaction and retention goals by
ensuring--resident inquiries are resolved in a professional
and--timely manner.Facilitates--professional and friendly
atmosphere that exceeds resident expectations.Develop, produce, and
coordinate resident communications including but not limited to
newsletters, surveys, and lease violation notices.Fosters
productive community relationships through collaboration with local
groups, restaurants, retailers, and services.--Coordinate programs
to enhance the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for
residents.--Plan, promote and coordinate community-boosting
resident events and activities.--Offer incentives to boost
participation and encourage residents to bring guests.Identify
strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of
customer service.Ensures initiatives are implemented, communicates
follow-up actions and feedback with staff.Monitors and enforces
compliance with all pertinent company policies, procedures, and
standards. Reporting all incidents, violations, equipment
malfunctions, accidents, injuries, or safety concerns. Implements
corrective measures as necessary.Qualifications / Skills Required
for--the position of--Resident Services Manager3-5 years of
managing people in a customer service-oriented
environmentCommitment to deliver outstanding customer
serviceFlexible team player with good supervisory and
problem-solving skillsAbility to set priorities, handle multiple
tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication
skillsProficient in Microsoft Office--High school diploma or
