This critical role leads the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team partnering closely with BTB Leadership teams, Data Domain Directors, Business Functional Leaders, and EDM Digital Technology teams to implement and drive improved data quality, data integrity, and data governance.This role is based out of our Stamford, CT HQ with a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office).In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day operational execution of data governance priorities aligned with digital technology deliverables, including data policies and best practices aimed at achieving the required level of consistency, accuracy, validity, and completeness of enterprise data. Role And Responsibilities--- Develop a vision and strategy for data governance across the enterprise including implementing a data governance framework.--- Chair Data Governance Steering Committee responsible for defining data policies and standards--- Develop the Data Governance framework including role definitions and accountabilities, charters, progress dashboards, published minutes, decision logs, change controls, data issue management and policies.--- Serve as the product leader for metadata management and data quality capabilities, including data cataloging, data lineage, and data quality monitoring--- Lead Business Process Management and process modeling governance enterprise wide--- Implement data governance strategy, controls, and capabilities including data catalog, metadata management, data quality certification, data quality metrics, reference data management, data domain hierarchy and taxonomy management, reporting and analytics governance, data classification and tagging, data architecture, and data modeling--- Design and deliver a data literacy program to educate executives and functional teams on importance of data and drive a data driven organizational culture--- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives--- Participate in development of master data management strategies, implementation roadmaps and business cases.--- Promote lean mindset as it pertains to the team's operational effectiveness and opportunities to continuously improve data quality and data governance across the enterprise.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications--- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.--- Minimum 10 years technology experience in data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality technologies, Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management.--- Minimum 10 years Business OperationsDesired Skills--- Ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment--- Demonstrated continuous improvement experiences--- Passionate about driving change and influence transformational change.--- Ability to work with cross functional teams to drive operationalization of data governance and data quality products--- Hands on experience in solving challenges for master data management, data quality problems or complex data integrations.--- Key understanding of the importance of change management in the implementation of data and information management strategies--- Ability to manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives--- Models' humility, transparency, and delivers with focus#LI-HybridBlueTriton Brandsis the nation's leading bottled water company.
