Job purpose
This role plays an integral part in the organization's growth plans. With exposure to all aspects of budgeting, planning, analysis, and forecasting, this function has the ability to build out the reporting structure and manage the company's FP&A platform.

Duties and responsibilities
Works with management to design and implement internal and external reporting packages.
Collaborates with internal teams to develop and leverage technology to support timely and accurate reporting which meets management requirements.
Synthesizes raw data into actionable insights to drive business results; identifies key trends and opportunities for the business and reports the findings in a simple, and concise manner.
Manages the cash flow reporting and forecasting process.
Makes large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable by delivering data in a useful and appealing way to users.
Monitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing variances.
Supports the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, Modeling tools, and Dashboards.
Researches and implements a planning tool for the organization.
Partners with various groups to facilitate data integrations and reporting through leveraging technology.
Prepares materials for the CFO and other senior executives, including assisting in the board decks, investor materials, and other executive updates.
Improves performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understands ROI in departmental programs and operations.
Participates in M&A activities, due diligence and acquisition integration.
Continuously develops systems and processes; evaluates current processes, identifies best practices, develops plans to reach goals and implements improvements.
Provides ad hoc analytical support to influence decision making with a financial and business perspective.

Qualifications
5+ years of FP&A experience
Corporate FP&A, Management Consulting, Private equity background preferred
Experience working in a multiple operating unit business a plus
Ability to interact with senior leadership
Exceptional business judgment; capable of driving results with a focused, pragmatic approach
Ability to formulate strategies and identify trends through research and analysis of various data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Database management skills (SQL) including data visualizations (e.g., Power BI), is a plus
Previous experience in managing large data warehouses and planning tools implementation a plus
Excel mastery required
