We hope you'll join us and see what the smiling pink whale is all about.Overview:The Vice President of FP&A will be responsible for managing the company's finances for vineyard vines retail, wholesale and eCommerce channels. This position will lead the development of the company's annual budget and long range plan, work with all functions to develop an activity-based forecast, and support monthly close. The VP of FP&A will also be responsible for the accurate, clear, and timely creation of various reports that support performance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, and decision-making across the organization. In addition, the position will support all strategic initiatives through ad-hoc modeling and analysis.You Will:

• Lead Company-wide Financial Planning and Analysis
• Develop the annual Budget and Long Range Strategic Plan
• Lead the monthly Financial Forecasting process, along with scenario and trend analysis
• Create monthly forecasts for channel P&Ls, Capital, and Cash flow including scenario plans, and identification of risks and opportunities
• Provide senior management updates and insights through proactive communication of forecasts, trends, and KPIs
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for key initiatives, New stores, various tests and marketing activity, including pro formas and hindsights
• Responsible for leading the Financial process to deliver both an accurate forecast, and profitability improvement
• Monitor spending and work collaboratively with functional cost center owners to deliver their expense budgets
• Develop the FP&A team to enhance their Financial and Business knowledge and influence skills to support their business partners and deliver insights and impact on results
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to help drive business strategy through analysis, insights, and initiative leadershipWhat you bring:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead an activity based forecasting process focused on business impact
  • Proven history of developing Finance talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and insights, and communicate effectively to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, able to multi task and take initiative
  • 8+ years of experience in Retail, Corporate Finance, or related fields; Consumer Products and Ecommerce experience preferred
