• Manage CFS team to ensure that key AR KPI's are met while maximizing productivity on daily tasks and activities
• Support Manager in various day to day/monthly ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
• Implement strategies to enhance AR collections / deductions processes with focus on simplicity
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to identify critical industry and customer trends; develop and implement appropriate cross functional action plans to address.
• Manage timely the review of daily sales orders that fail credit checking parameters due to past due situations or if credit limits are exceeded. Decisions must be made to either hold the order for further follow-up or release order as a credit override.
• Manage CFS team for the tracking of customer payment cycles so that future cash receipts can be forecasted. This involves addressing past due invoices and deductions in a timely manner on all customers. This also includes providing guidance to the team for pinpointing negative trends and to identify action based solutions.
• Assist Manager with management of DSO KPI's and Working Capital Metrics
• Assist Manager with managing the relationship with Genpact our 3rd party service provider in India who handles cash application function as well as other FI related transactional tasks. REQUIREMENTS:

• Action oriented team leader
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
• 5-7 years' experience in FP&A, Accounting, Sales Finance, Credit /Accounts Receivable areas.
• 3-5 years' experience as a Manager of Collections, Deductions & Risk Assessment functions
• CPG industry experience.
• Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP (or similar system) experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, ability to motivate staff for maximum productivity.
• Strong organizational, follow-through and decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Very strong communication skills. Ability to assist Manager and partner with key internal stakeholders, (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service), ability to communicate effectively with customers.
