Job Description:

Technical Project Manager, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Work as Technical Project Manager for strategic business initiatives. Manage multiple programs cutting across applications, functions, technologies and vendors. Plan, execute and track scope of work and deliverables. Create and manage project schedules, identifying any slippage and issues. Responsible for project schedule, cost, scope, resources, timelines and milestones. Facilitate multi-level status reporting (i.e., project/program team member detailed reporting, program status reporting, and executive/governance status and update reporting). Partner with senior leadership team to define project scope, propose solutions and conduct solution review with stakeholders. Propose cost effective/optimized engagement models and take corrective actions when necessary. Lead the team in applying the appropriate process standards. Work closely with Architects and Solution Managers to design and solution the requirements. Prepare SOW, pricing models and project contractual documents. Analyze company financial terms, cash flow and gross profit. Analyze the major cost drivers and perform the financial analysis. Manage multiple projects and oversight delivery with no issues. Establish and maintain the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables, prioritization of tasks and resources, and develop maintain an integrated project work. Provide transparent and timely updates to program management and steering team for decisions, consultation, and information. Participate in weekly meetings with the Standard Project Managers. Communicate with customer senior management/executives and delivery leadership. Facilitate cross-team communication. Utilize Data Analytics, JIRA, Scrum, software solution design and estimation, Java, Oracle, Agile. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Data Analytics, JIRA, Scrum, Software solution design and estimation, Java, Oracle, Agile. $139,693.00 to per year. Please send resumes to .
