you. About this role: The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition
Strategy & Enablement will be the strategic partner to our BU
recruiting leaders and responsible for leading strategic
initiatives globally that drive business results in line with
Gartner's growth objectives. Supporting Gartner's most critical
BUs, this role with be responsible for continually diagnosing
Talent Acquisition performance in order to build strategic and
innovative recruiting plans that deliver on required hiring volume,
quality, and economics. The position reports to the VP of Talent
Acquisition Productivity, Analytics & Agility. What you'll do:
- Build influential relationships across the organization and
partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to solve complex
problems and identify business improvement opportunities to
effectively drive change management.
- Deliver on Talent Acquisition objectives by continually
monitoring overall recruiting performance and liaising with key
department partners such as Recruiting Analytics, Recruiting
Operations, People Analytics, HR, and Workforce Planning.
- Consistently track key performance indicators such as % to
goal, pipeline health & velocity, time-to-fill/time-to-hire,
requisition inventory, per-resource productivity, and team level
capacity.
- Build and implement innovative, scalable, and consistent
solutions that support hiring outcomes in line with Gartner's
double-digit growth.
- Make key recommendations and coordination decisions around
flexing recruitment resources across BU teams.
- Drive rigorous project management and organization across
multiple projects.
- Analyze/synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into
compelling "executive level" presentations.
- Collaborate with our business partners - within and outside of
HR - to solve business issues. What you'll need:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategy or business
operations
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior level (VP+) clients
and business partners
- Experience developing and utilizing analytics to make sound
recommendations and decisions
- Excellent people management skills, including recruiting,
coaching, and staff development
- Ability to solve complex problems and successfully manage
ambiguity and unexpected change
- Strong collaborator and business partner
- Demonstrated ability to own, manage and complete projects with
high quality results
- High degree of technical savvy with experience using technology
to solve business problems
- Extensive computer experience & proficiency with Microsoft
software, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well standard
reporting tools
- Excellent organization skills, time management and task
flexibility, ability to multitask and change priorities in a
fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills What we
