We need a Branch Manager who is confident, capable, and embraces accountability. BENDER Stamford is primed for tremendous growth as we plan to move to a new facility which will present many opportunities for increased revenue and customer growth. This is a role for the professional who wants to roll up his/her sleeves and find ways to help us win.

Specifically you will be responsible to:

Lead, manage and empower a current staff of 7-10 with the objective to grow
Achieve individual, team, and branch outcomes
Drive customer retention and growth through deploying a proactive customer management plan
Manage operational effectiveness of the warehouse to maximize productivity and efficiency
Be a leader - Be a coach, know when to manage, and when to be open to change
Act it out, roll up your sleeves, and make outcomes happen

Required:

5+ years in a management role including leadership, issue management, motivation and team building, specifically creating and managing accountability
3+ years Sales Manager
Creative problem solving skills with the ability to turn lemons into lemonade
Proven P&L responsibilities
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Ability to understand ERP systems for report writing and other analytics
Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or similar preferred

Desired

3+ years operations experience
Distribution/Wholesale experience
Proven Business Development experience
Developing and executing budgets
EOS Experience
