RESPONSIBILITIES: Training and Coaching: oNew Sales Directors onboarding oBuild current team selling skills (Sales 2.0) oMarketing plans, event planning and follow up withleads oUse of all sales tools and CRM Reporting oReporting analytics andstrategic planning oGenerate reporting data and analyze data to identifyareas of opportunity and potential.Review for accuracy oReview Executive Director Action Steps reporting oComplete monthly regional reporting oWork with Executive Director to set sales director performanceexpectations oSupport weekly marketingleader meetings between Sales and Executive Director oCoaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork oPromoting company culture, managing change, resolving conflictsand providing performance feedback. oOperate as Sales Specialist when needed oUses data and observation to identify areas ofchallenge, communicate respectively and directly and coach for improvement. oDevelop strategic and tactical plans of action Attend Sales and Special Events including luncheons, VIP and GrandOpenings, Open Houses, Resident Referral Parties, etc. Responsible for maintaining current competitive analysis for alllocal markets. Recommends strategy basedon market trends. Support Vitality Move-In Experience Expert use of the CRM Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Sales Officer. SKILLSand QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a BA/BS degree. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Meet state or provincial health related requirements. Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations. 2 years multi-site sales management experience. Must reside in greater Nashville, TN, or Atlanta, GA area.
