Job Description:
JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst is an
integral contributing member of the Supply Chain team. The role is
responsible for supply/demand management and data analytics, and
assists management in maximizing sales and product availability
while managing inventory risks. This role will develop and report
on metrics to improve processes and ensure optimal use of supply
chain systems. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and
consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the
customer experience.Maintain and track critical supply chain
metrics as assigned, including supply from internal and external
sources, demand from multiple sources and prepares metrics for
executive presentations.Provide financial and operational analysis
specific to the needs of the Supply Chain group.Lead timely demand
plan to purchase order processes and track on-time delivery.
Measure and evaluate vendor performance and partner with vendor to
seek improvements.Develop and maintain standard formats, templates,
and operating procedures.Assist to identify gaps in efficiency and
other areas needing improvement.Manage projects and initiatives to
refine or install supply chain management tools.Provide support to
the operational entities on the development and implementation of
supply chain processes and practices.Provide support to
accounting/finance teams on material and Mobile inventory
matters.Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify
and enhance the customer experience.Take on additional duties as
assigned to support the enterprise.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired
Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and
understand EnglishAnalytical and critical thinking skills with the
ability to gather comprehensive requirements and delivery results
expedientlySuperior personal computer skills in all Office
applications with emphasis on Excel and AccessVerbal, written and
inter-personal communications skillsAbility to handle multiple
tasks simultaneously, working efficiently and effectively under
deadlines.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish
facts, proactively reach out for information when necessary and
draw valid conclusionsAbility to work collaboratively with
multi-disciplined teamsAbility to multi-task and adapt to a fast
paced and rapidly changing environmentKnowledge of supply chain
fundamentals and conceptsKnowledge of cable systems and operations
a plusRequired EducationBachelor's degree, preferably with
Accounting, Finance, data science, engineering or Supply Chain
concentration; or equivalent training, education and
experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of
YearsBusiness analysis, planning and reporting experience -
5+Experience preparing reconciliations of differing data
