Coordinate and manage the NPI/End of Life planning, scheduling, and execution for all new product launches, line extensions, and Phase Outs through life cycle management of Avent/Beauty & Grooming Business. Working closely with the Business partners, PDLM PMs, Planning, Engineering, Master Data, Sales, and external partners to ensure on time and in full delivery requirements of our customers while also satisfying quality, inventory management, and cost targets for end of life products.Your primarily responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for execution of operational milestones in support of new product launches, old product phase outs, and line extensions, including production scheduling, first time builds and cycle times, in accordance with retailer OTIF requirements
  • Builds, manages, and leads critical workflows to support Product commercialization from idea to shelf in the market. Provides training to internal and external partners and drives compliance to standard work
  • Provides visibility of milestones to Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams. Drive accountability from critical functions to execute actions needed in the product lifecycle for both NPI and End of life
  • Confirms NPI forecast inputs are included in consolidated demand plan and forecast are taken out during Phase Outs
  • Ensures NPI deliverables aligned with Master Data / New Item Setup Parameters/Engineering Requirements
  • Ensures Phase Out Deliverables are aligned with Master Data clean up (Strategic end of life approach
  • Partners with Procurement & Material Planning to ensure accurate and on time sourcing of components and packaging materials for product launches
  • Identifies and Leads resolution of problems related to late shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes and Milestones/Stage gate deviation timeline
  • Partners with Warehouse and Supplier to support NPI/End of Life execution
  • Leads daily / weekly management meetings with internal and external partners to maintain visibility and control of NPI/Commercialization milestones
  • Drive daily problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Proposes and leads implementation / training of improved planning methods, tools, and reportsQualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management, or related Operations area
    • ERP System experience required (SAP R/3 proficiency a Strong Plus)
    • Knowledge of Windchill & JDA systems a strong plus
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point required
    • Advance knowledge of Supply Chain Management Concepts required
    • Good cross-functional and team management skills required
    • Strong Project Management skills required
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiating skills
    • Experience and familiarity with Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Concepts
    • Experience and familiarity with Marketing Innovation cycle and timelines
    • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work, and to meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated success in working within cross-organizational teams
