Job Description:
Full time, onsiteSalary + bonus + profit sharing
Responsibilities include: - Design and implement overall recruiting
strategy - Develop and update job descriptions and job
specifications - Perform job and task analysis to document job
requirements and objectives - Design, plan and execute employer
branding activities - Prepare recruitment materials and maintain
job postings - Source and recruit candidates by using databases,
social media etc - Conduct interviews using various recruiting and
selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule -
Oversees onboarding process from start to finish including
background check and relevant material - Oversees orientation
process to successfully onboard new candidates including Benefits
enrollment for new hires - Oversees offboarding process including
termination letters, and offboarding paperwork - Attends career and
college fairs to recruit top talent - Sends out employee engagement
survey bi-annually to assess morale and retention - Prepares KPI
reports including but not limited to retention, new hire talent,
and cost per hire - Assists with offboarding; exit interviews and
provides recommendations on staff retention - Monitor and apply HR
recruiting best practices - Act as a point of contact and build
influential candidate relationships during the selection
process
