Sr Manager, Business Analysis & Planning

Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing various advanced business analysis activities and serves as the liaison between the various business operations functional groups for specifically assigned business topics. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the organization---s systems and capabilities. In particular, this role will own process definition, data analysis, communication, and administration of the Charter Field Ops performance compensation plans, including executive performance measurements, manager performance measurements, and technician monthly and quarterly incentive plans. This role will manage periodic changes to these plans, supported by insightful data assessments and executive recommendations. This role will work with operational leadership, human resources, compensations, and payroll teams to implement and support critical processes that facilitate performance pay for over 20,000 employees. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Provide oversight and management to a team of Business Analysts and lead advanced analytics of business topics to determine optimal outcomes and recommend to senior management. Ensure complete analysis and understanding of interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigation steps that could impact Charter within the context of an assigned business analysis topic. Develop advanced predictive modeling based on large data sets and numerous interacting variables. Create executive presentations based on advanced analytical modeling findings. Present such findings to executives, outlining options and recommendations, and answering questions based on analysis. Develop business cases, internal executive business case recommendations, and external project proposals. Recommend organizational changes in anticipation of predicted change. Provide guidance and management advice that has a large impact on cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality. Lead and coordinate change management across a large field organization, matrix managing cross functional groups. Perform other duties as requested.
