our organization.Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager, Compensation, will
manage all facets of the U.S. and Canadian compensation function
for BlueTriton Brands. -Reporting to the Senior Director, Total
Rewards, this role will operate as the compensation subject matter
expert supporting 6500+ employees in North American operations.
-The Sr. Manager, Compensation will lead all activities within
compensation and manage the day-to-day activities of the
compensation team in the evaluation, design, and implementation of
compensation programs for all employees, including executive
compensation. -The Sr. Manager, Compensation will provide expertise
and project management in but not limited to short and long-term
incentive plan design, retention plans, market data analysis, and
the management of base salaries.Key Responsibilities--- - -
-Provide expertise on all compensation programs, including base
pay, equity, incentive compensation, performance rewards, and
recognition practices--- - - -Manage compensation market pricing
and benchmarking efforts, including identification of benchmarking
solutions and participation in market data surveys--- - - -Perform
research on emerging trends, issues, and best practices in
compensation--- - - -Managing compensation programs, including
evaluation, design, administration, and implementation.--- - -
-Leads the compensation function to ensure direct linkage to
business strategies and requirements--- - - -Benchmarking and
setting compensation targets--- - - -Analyzes and recommends salary
structures for hourly and exempt employee populations.--- - -
-Developing year-end compensation reports--- - - -Supporting the
Total Rewards team members with requests related to job analysis,
job evaluation, and benchmarking jobs to be competitive. ---- - -
-Supporting compensation projects supporting the broader Total
Rewards function--- - - -Preparing presentations for the
Compensation and Benefits Committee of the Board of Directors--- -
- -Preparing executive compensation reports, analyses, and
surveys--- - - -Ensures the company's pay philosophy remains
focused on attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent.--- - -
-Manages the annual merit and short-term incentive programs for
eligible employees--- - - -Manage the design of special or local
incentive programs, such as Sales Incentive and Retention
Programs.#LI-RemoteQualificationsThe ideal candidate will
possess:--- - - -10+ years of experience of Compensation expertise
---- - - -Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
-Professional certification such as Compensation Certified
Professional (CCP) or similar certification is preferred. ---- - -
-Ability to manage multiple projects and day-to-day operations
concurrently--- - - -Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
skills are required.--- - - -Must be able to collect, weigh, and
analyze data on many factors to determine the best compensation
plan for the company--- - - -Strong working knowledge of math and
statistical processes ---- - - -Executive and Board Compensation
experience preferred but not required.--- - - -Excellent
understanding of relevant and emerging U.S. compensation
regulations--- - - -Strong leadership, communication, and project
management skills--- - - -Ability to manage execution, provide
