Job Description:

Responsibilities: Coordinate with Tech Manager(s), Production Manager(s) and Vice President of Golf Operations to obtain necessary information to create an accurate crew grid for Golf Channel and Broadcast Golf events Manage and partner with the Golf Field Scheduler on 150+ events a year Work with NBC Sports internal personnel system (SCORE) to initiate on-boarding and process payment Work with production and operational personnel to develop new contacts Crew Live From and Road Show events in conjunction with Director, Remote Technical Operations Partner with the larger Sports field scheduling team and studio scheduling team as needed Partner closely with HR and Payroll on requests Qualifications/Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in scheduling, broadcast Golf experience preferred Must be proficient in Excel, Word and One Drive Knowledge of Golf crewing required Must be extremely organized and detail oriented and excellent written and oral communication Must have good communication skills, strong analytical skills and be able to work under pressure Eligibility Requirements: Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
