Your JobAs a Client Optimization Manager in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting a high performing team focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for the development, onboarding, and continued support of a team of 10 service focused individuals. Your voice is important; you will take part in evaluating and making recommendations to improve the day to day operations of Client Optimization.Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, career pathing, and constructive feedback to your team.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the team and create individual development plans.
  • Monitor workflow of the team to ensure SLAs are met while highlighting process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Be a product and technical expert internally and externally.
  • Act as an escalation point for resolving difficult client, sales, and/or technical and product issues.
  • Promote a fun environment while hitting team level KPIs.
  • Develop and implement new ideas that will achieve team and company-wide goals.
  • Contribute to developing team workflow processes and provide training, coaching and performance reviews.
  • Monitor client interactions and provide consistent, actionable feedback on both soft skills and working product knowledge.
  • From time to time during high volume, jump in and assist with either phone, chat, or email channel.
  • Manage schedules and work with Workforce management teams to ensure we have proper staffing to cover the phones.Who You Are
    • 3+ years related experience required.
    • Great communication skills in English including the ability to actively listen.
    • Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness.
    • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities.
    • Comfortable with change with string change management skill set.
