JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing manages digital creative development for online campaigns and websites from inception through post-campaign analysis and summary report. In this role you will drive online sales, revenue and operating efficiencies in customer acquisition and migration for cable TV, high-speed Internet, home phone and mobile services while employing strong organizational and sales-driven creative skills. You'll work closely with internal departments and external agencies to uphold offer and target strategies and promote marketing throughout the organization.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to translate marketing strategies into effective creativity for online campaigns to include desktop & mobile display, video, and social media.

Uphold the Spectrum brand in all online mediums including marketing tactics, websites, affiliates, and external sales partner websites. Understands Spectrum core values and products.

Leverage best practices for digital creativity. Integrate the functional aspects of online media from display through landing page and through the e-commerce buyflows, maintaining the most appropriate message at each respective touch-point. Sync with online team partners for sales and conversion metrics to better improve online sales and customer experience.

Integrate closely with Media (corporate and field) on performance across key metrics refining as needed. Understands most efficient use of resources and timing to maximize value of all campaigns.

Coordinate with internal strategy teams on identifying segments and proper messaging unique to the online space.

Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders in integrating social media into marketing campaigns.

Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.

Develop, maintain and communicate online campaign calendars for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas; manage change control & creative versions.

Coordinate with internal teams (such as IT & customer experience support) in development of campaign launches and maintenance releases.

Partner with relevant business functions, offer management teams, and external vendors to determine targets and schedules; strategize and implement applicable tests; analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to possess honesty, integrity and ethics
Ability to be a good team player
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
Ability to be a fast-paced self-motivator who must be detail oriented while able to keep multiple initiatives moving at once
Ability to manage multiple projects, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders at one time
Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
Education
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related discipline

Related Work Experience
Digital marketing experience in consumer technology or related industries - 7+ years
Experience with extensive creative tactical development, particularly with online media

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to embody creative best practices and visionary thinking to uniquely solve marketing challenges
Ability to manage all phases of a large project from beginning to end with sufficient autonomy
Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects
Ability to pay attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically
Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and ability to integrate them in direct response campaigns
Knowledge of online buy-sites, user interfaces and experiences
Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms
Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services preferred

Related Work Experience
Experience in brand management a plus
Agency management experience strongly preferred
Graphic Design experience preferred
Brand marketing with sales performance goals experience strongly preferred

Education
MBA / Masters preferred
