Director, Digital Content Creative

The Director, Digital Content Creative is responsible for managing
digital content and creative development for all digital tactics
including websites, banners (desktop and mobile), preroll, landing
pages, microsite, email and social media campaigns from inception
through post-campaign analysis. Ability to employ strong
organizational and direct-response creative skills to increase
online traffic and drive sales. Responsible for partnering with
internal departments and external agencies to promote the digital
strategy for the organization.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and
enhance the customer experience.
Responsible for the design, content strategy, and execution of
enterprise digital tactics including spectrum.com, paid
Display/SEM, SEO, and Brand marketing.
Ensure all projects and campaigns are planned with a cohesive,
end-to-end go-to-market strategy in mind to minimize fallout during
the customer journey.
Lead, direct, and inspire a team of designers, strategists,
copywriters, and external agency partners.
Refine marketing challenges and business goals into focused
creative briefs for external agency partners.
Collaborate across multiple teams to drive execution, promote
campaign partnerships, and represent Marketing.
Maintain a high-level view across the business and understand the
complexities, dependencies, and opportunities within the
Manage an operational creative budget and ensure deliverables are
maximized, timelines are met, and profitability is achieved.
Articulate and defend strategic thinking and creative direction to
executive-level internal and external stakeholders.
Effectively communicate digital's go-to-market strategies with
external teams and various stakeholders.

apply learnings, plan A/B testing, and adapt to current trends,
topics and economic fluctuations that would affect a buyer's

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related
discipline and/or an equivalent experience.
