Who we are: Spectrum Networks is a series of 27 hyper-local news
and 9 regional sports networks owned and operated by Charter
Communications, Inc. Spectrum Networks seeks to provide the most
essential local news and information, cultivating relevant and
thoughtful conversations that foster informed and engaged
communities.
The Environment: Spectrum News is a 24-hour breaking news network
which requires employees who are flexible and available to work
various shift, including early morning, late evenings,
weekends and holidays.

What we're looking for: The OKR Program Manager is responsible for
managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from
conception through implementation, with a heavy focus on managing
the implementing Spectrum Network's OKR (Objectives and Key
Results) goal-setting program throughout the business. Performs a
variety of tasks, including managing project details, day-to-day
operations, goal-setting support and guidance within the framework,
data collection, reporting and communications to successfully drive
project efforts and impactful results.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, manage, and monitor key
projects from concept through implementation.Manages day-to-day
operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus
from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.Lead and
facilitate implementation of Spectrum Networks' OKR (Objectives and
Key Results) goal-setting program throughout the business,
including offering goal-setting support with the OKR framework, and
ensuring efficient, smooth and successful results.Work with
internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and employ
systems to track OKR progress across the network towards aggressive
outcomes.Establish project management processes, trackers, and
methodologies to ensure all assigned projects are delivered on
time, within budget and meet high quality standards and leadership
expectations using the appropriate tools.Meet with internal
customers of an assigned project to monitor progress, provide
status updates and reports and gather project-related
feedback.Responsible for handling multiple projects
simultaneously.Track costs and performance, internal stakeholder
satisfaction, and other metrics required to ensure project goals
and objectives are met.Work with finance and legal on project
budgeting and vendor contracting as required.Performs other duties
as requested.Qualifications:
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Deep understanding of the Objective
and Key Results goal-setting/management framework (OKRs) and the
value the system can bring to organizations. Experience
facilitating and/or championing programs within an organization
preferred.Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, managing
multiple projects and assignmentsAbility to develop strong working
relationships with peers and project members across all departments
and levels.Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to
predict and solve problems as they arise. Proven ability to perform
effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentKnowledge and
ability to use computer and software applicationsStrong Microsoft
Office skills, with an emphasis on PowerPointAbility to analyze and
interpret dataAbility to read, write and speak the English language
to communicate with peers, leaders, other business units,
customers, and vendors, in person, on the phone, and by written
communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional
mannerEducation & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field or
equivalent work experience2-5 Years Project management/OKR program
participation and/or facilitation At least 2 years experience

Overtime may be required to meet
deadlinesVarying schedule due to, breaking news and/or daily news
coverage requirementsProvide 24x7, 365 days per year, on-call
support. May entail phone or physical presence at the facility for
equipment failure or other disasters. This includes, but is not
limited to equipment and power failures, loss of contracted
