About Us Girls With Impact operates the only live, online business program just for young women 14-24. Amid Covid, we---ve filled a tremendous gap, but we---ve just scratched the surface. We---re at a critical inflection point and are looking for a savvy and energetic Digital Marketing Guru to play a critical role in scaling the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the next phase of this exciting organization. Girls With Impact is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Your location: CT or Westchester, NY preferred Office location: Remote - but candidates must be able to come to Stamford, CT once/week. Please do not apply if this does not match your location. Status: Full-time employee (contract to start) Start: Immediate About You: -- You have an entrepreneurial mindset but bring professional experience and standards -- You operate with a sense of urgency while executing with excellence -- You bring a strategic mindset but roll up your sleeves to implement the vision About the Role: You---ll lead and execute digital marketing efforts to drive student growth. Key responsibilities include: -- Develop and execute the delivery of effective digital marketing to drive brand/PR and student recruitment. -- Utilize key methods including social media, content, influencer engagement, paid online advertising (with modest budget), etc. -- Leverage key assets including testimonials, girls' stories, PR, CEO's reach, prior parents/students, etc. -- Identify, lead and execute new partnerships to drive student growth and leadership -- Leverage data, tools, analytics to improve recruitment conversions -- Report on metrics/ROI Qualifications and Skills -- College degree in marketing, business or digital marketing -- 2 years demonstrated experience in digital marketing ideally in the education, consumer, or agency space. -- Brings an analytical mindset to marketing (i.e., AB testing, google/website analytics, ROI, SEO) -- Experience creating, delivering, and tracking marketing campaigns -- Solid experience with all social media platforms (esp. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and best practices (use of groups, events, lists, tagging, influencer identification) -- Digitally savvy; fast learner; embraces technology and learning new systems -- Knowledge of Agile CRM or similar CRM (e.g., SalesForce), excel, Canva (or similar graphics), SEO, Google suite, online content, video, etc. -- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind; embraces data/metrics -- MBA or similar a plus but not required -- Ability to synthesize information into actionable steps and presentations -- Experience in biz dev/structuring partnerships and/or effectively engaging key influencers Ideal candidate: -- Has a strategic mindset but enjoys "being in the weeds"; a doer -- Stays abreast of best practices -- Loves the win -- Embraces a start-up environment but has professional experience -- Hard working, attention to detail, highly committed -- A strong writer and communicator, with a customer-focused mindset -- High standards for delivering excellence -- Ability to prioritize, make recommendations, and take action -- Adaptable/flexible, able to juggle multiple tasks -- Able to work independently and remotely partially ?
